Cucumber Tzatziki


  • 1 cup (250 mL) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded English cucumber, squeezed dry
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 tsp (2 mL) sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
To Make:

Combine yogurt and all other ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Makes 1 cup (250 mL).
This sauce can be kept in the fridge for a week
