Salsa

  • 3 ripe plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 3 tbsp seeded and minced jalapeño chili peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juice

To Make:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Chill for 30 minutes to allow all the flavors to come together.
